Box Lunch

Abstract pastel on paper. Two forms reside on a very worked over ground of yellows, pinks and tans. The larger form, center right, is an irregular box created by white lines. It has an ambiguity of solidity and transparency. The upper part is in blue-gray, the lower part in reds. In the upper left is a berm that sits on the edge of that aforementioned ground. To its left is the band of blue-green that completes the rectangle of the picture.
